Illustrations for the final e-book

At the end of the project, the best short stories will be incorporated into an e-book illustrated by the students.

First Creative Writing Contest in Lecce

And the winners are...


For best plot: 910 by France

For most original short story: The Bet by Bulgaria

For best ending: Mater Morbi by Italy

For best style: Unwept Tears by Turkey




Congratulations to all the winners and the readers!


In France, an award ceremony will be organized soon to congratulate and reward the two writers of 910, in the presence of Mr Denjean, our headmaster.

Evaluating short fiction

In a few days, you will have to select the two best short stories that will be in competition in Lecce.

It is time to think about the evaluation criteria.
What makes a good short story? What destroys a short story? What makes a good reader?

Here is food for thought!

Next Meeting in Italy, April 10-15 2013

They will be accompanied by teacher Marie-Laure Simon and teacher Gladys Dousson.
Together, they will meet some of the students and teachers that take part in the project in Bulgaria, Turkey and Italy.

Among the different tasks they will have to perform, they will have to select the best short stories of the first contest and reward them!
